Francesca Farran-Lee
Francesca brings a bit of the X factor to Sense, having spent the majority of her working life as an assistant director in TV and Film. She joined in April 2010 as an office/ project manager and has already got the place running like clockwork. She's motivated, super efficient and always calm in a crisis.
She's also pretty handy on a bike and when she's not in the office can be found out training in Kent or the Surrey Hills in preparation for her next road race.
